Osteopathic-Trained Manual Therapy
Osteopathic means Path of the Bones, but it considers much more. The embryological build-out of the body guides this work across all body systems. Targeted Manual Therapy is based on Osteopathic medical-science research and ensures that the body aligns skeletal, muscle and tissue mechanics which supports circulation, nervous system communication, hormone cycles, and digestive pathways.

Clients with new, acute mobility, digestive, headache or muscular issues are invited to schedule three sessions of Targeted Osteopathic Manual Therapy spaced within 7-10 days each to set a foundation and ensure both progress and integration of the improvements. As clients are satisfied with their progress, these appointments can be moved to a later date or cancelled.
Regardless of the type of service you schedule, Rachel's work is limited to licensure of a massage therapist. Individual choices to hydrate, feed, walk, crawl, stretch, and play multiply the benefits of osteopathic work.
To leverage this work for preventative maintenance, schedule monthly or quarterly to receive treatment and maintain benefits. This pattern ensures long-term improvement and multifaceted progress. Manual Therapy is a valuable tool for more lifestyle choices that include the freedom of better physical health and activity. You can Feel, Move, and Live better!
