New Client

Service Description

The vast majority of New Clients are not seeking treatment for a condition that is resolved in one visit. Therefore, when you schedule as a New Client, YOU WILL BE INVITED TO SCHEDULE TWO FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS AS A "Returning Client" within the 30 days following your first appointment. If you are not available for scheduling, please wait for your first appointment until the set of 3 visits is possible. This scheduling pattern reserves your place in our practice and prevents us from overbooking. If either of the two follow-up visits are not needed, they are easily rescheduled for a later date or cancelled. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: PRINT and/or complete online YOUR HEALTH HISTORY and OFFICE POLICY FORMS found on the website tab: https://www.coppermountainmanualtherapy.com/policies-and-forms First-time clients will arrive with a completed health history which will be supplemented with appropriate mechanical tests that identify muscular relationships to the neck, shoulder, arm, hip, leg, ankle, and foot alignment, the center of balance, and stance. Diaphragmatic and thoracic breathing musculature along with abdominal visceral organs may also be checked to ensure the healthy alignment of muscles to their important attachments for movement, according to the needs of the client that day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary, please give 24-hour notice or you will be charged for the appointment. Clients who miss their first appointment without prior notice of cancellation or miss two (2) follow up appointments without giving prior notice of cancellation will not be given future appointments. Non-emergency cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled appointments will be charged. If you are ill on the day of your appointment, please call or text (385) 355-1377 immediately. Do not come to your appointment.
