WHAT TO EXPECT
Clients are encouraged to come in comfortable, loose, pajama-type clothing. Appointments allow time for intake report by the client and up to 40 minutes hands-on work. These sessions ensure that the body can track and adapt to the changes including reduced pain and increased range of motion with improved function.
Regardless of the type of service you schedule, Rachel's work is limited to licensure of a massage therapist. Individual choices to hydrate, feed, walk, crawl, stretch, and play multiply the benefits of osteopathic work after the session.

LEARN FROM CLIENT EXPERIENCE:
"...Rachel is particularly skilled and has put in lots of time developing master-level understanding and practice of manual therapy and other modalities. I trust her, and I've had her help my family and me when we have random musculoskeletal pain. With her help, it is always resolved quickly. Recently, she helped me when my foot arch started to collapse, causing foot pain. Rachel also helped my granddaughter who was born with limited range of motion and persistently favored turning her head to the left. Both issues are resolved and Rachel was full of additional related knowledge to empower me to support my feet better to avoid long term problems. I am very grateful for her expertise!"
